- Once the alert is received, a monitoring center dispatcher will attempt to contact the homeowner via phone. If no one answers the phone, or if the person answering doesn't know the personal indentification code, the dispatcher will then call local police.
- After receiving the call from the ADT dispatcher, local police are sent to the home to determine the cause of the disturbance and to respond to any emergency situations.
